Job Description
Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling queries as the first point of contact for Customers and record all interactions received via servicing channels, categorize each interactions, provide end to end resolution to the queries raised by client and escalating the same, if required.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Answer customer queries professionally through all the servicing channels and provide information / resolutions within the specified turnaround time.
Record and categorize all customer interactions.
Interact with internal department for query resolution, maintain regular follow-ups.
Provide regular updates to the Customer for attempted open cases.
Adhere to the servicing escalation matrix so that specified TATs are achieved.
Contributing Responsibilities
Keeping up to date with latest events in processes/ product.
Read and understood customer communications properly and respond to each point raised.
Checking all facts before sending out replies so that accurate information as per the companys policy and processes are disseminated to the customer
