Job Description

DEPT : SALES DESGN : CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Placing bookings and providing the details to the shipper

2. Complete operation work follow up with shipper / CHA from container pick up till container gate in.

3. Filing ISF

4. Inquiring and negotiating rates from liners and quoting the same to shipper

5. Replying to the queries placed by our existing shippers

6. Sending advance loading list to liners

7. Sending loading confirmation when vessel sails

8. DO entry : Allot DO to the shipment CHA, container update along with the BL draft entry all in Afford Package

BOOKINGS : In addition to CSE, person handling bookings has following tasks to do :

1. Understanding Customer Needs and planning booking with the liners.

2. Getting bookings on time and updating the customer about the same.

3. Providing vessel schedule to customer and sending loading list to them
