Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through voice and non-voice processes

Provide accurate guidance and information to customers on products and services

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions
