Key Responsibilities.
. Assist customers on call received at global inbound helpline for a leading company in the field of providing student accomodation across the world.
. Out Call Prospects / existing customers who have requested for Call back through Company's email / website and assist them to take informed decision in opting for Students Rooms in the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia
. At inbound Helpline provide customer service support to students who have availed our services as per process.
Shift Timing :- Hrs - 03:30 Hrs.
Working Days :- 6 Days a week
Weekly off : Rotational
Work Experience :- Minimum 1 year in any International BPO Voice Process. Comm Skills :- Proficient with American Accent
Salary :- As per Industry standards.
