- Create detailed design layouts and technical drawings for sports facilities (., stadiums, turfed fields, tracks, courts), ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and environmental standards

- Conduct site assessments, surveys, soil testing, and feasibility studies to determine optimal site conditions and structural requirements

- Manage on-site construction activities, supervising workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and best engineering practices .

- Perform regular site inspections, monitor workmanship, and enforce safety and quality checks across all phases of the project

- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, landscape teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery .

- Serve as a liaison between field teams and management, providing periodic updates on progress, delays, material needs, and site challenges

- Estimate quantities, prepare budgets, and track expenses for materials, labor, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle

- Optimize resource allocation, control project costs, and propose value-engineering improvements to enhance efficiency and cut costs .

- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentationprogress reports, inspection logs, change orders, as-built drawings, permits, and approvalsfor internal records and audits .

- Troubleshoot on-site issues such as unexpected soil conditions, drainage complications, or structural deviations, adapting plans as necessary to maintain quality and timeline .

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, foremen, and laborers to resolve construction challenges efficiently

- Oversee installation of ancillary infrastructure elementsdrainage systems, retaining walls, lighting bases, access roads, foundationsthat support sports facilities

- Manage structural components such as turf layering, truss erection for stadium roofs, drainage grading, and slope stabilization .
