Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee and optimize key operational aspects of our business in Nashik. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive operational improvements and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management & Efficiency

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement effective solutions.

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Monitor operational performance against KPIs and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

Financial Management & Budgeting

Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for revenue growth or cost reduction.

Ensure financial compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams (., operations, administration, support staff) to achieve their objectives.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different departments.

Strategic Planning & Growth

Contribute to the development and execution of long-term business strategies.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes relevant to the Nashik market.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to support business development and market expansion initiatives.

Assist in developing new business models, services, or products to enhance market position.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all business operations comply with relevant local, state, and national laws and regulations (., labor laws, industry-specific regulations).

Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
