Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Business Manager to lead and manage our [Specify Business Unit/Branch/Operations] in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including strategic planning, financial performance (P&L), operational efficiency, sales and marketing initiatives, and team leadership. Strategic Planning & Financial Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies for the assigned unit/region to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

Assume full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, focusing on revenue generation, cost optimization, and overall financial performance.

Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Manage resources effectively, including human capital, infrastructure, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales initiatives and market penetration within the assigned territory or client segment.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.

Set clear performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
