• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative sales methods.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Responsible to work to generate new business and manage existing business - 50% Hunting and 50% Farming
• Maintain a high level of Sales activity and build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales quota
• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Grow revenue from existing clients by upselling and cross.
Job Requirements
• Prior understanding of online recruitment space.
• Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person.
• Upbeat and positive demeanour.
• Experience: 3 – 4 years of B2B sales experience
