Role & Responsibilities (indicative):
o Identify and pursue sales opportunities with travel agents, corporates and other B2B
avenues.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and
increase sales.
o Establish and manage partnerships with other businesses to create mutually beneficial
relationships.
o Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and drive revenue
growth.
o Create and implement strategies to boost sales through travel agent channels.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
o Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement
of targets.
Background:
o 2-8 years of proven sales experience in the budget hotel segment.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
