Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Fintech industry to achieve growth targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive our competitive advantage.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and service delivery.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Fintech industry.
A solid understanding of the Fintech landscape, trends, and key players as well as Loyalty and Reward programs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
