We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to lead and expand our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in IT services.
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Strategic Planning & Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Define go-to-market strategies and position the company’s services effectively.
Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships. •
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals.
Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts.
Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Experience in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing, Digital Solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
