Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Freshers and 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
