Job Description

team leader sales and marketing

key responsibilities:

1. team management:

o lead and manage a team of tele callers and sales officer.

o monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets and quality standards are met.

o handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

o conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

2. outbound sales & lead generation:

o drive the team to achieve sales targets, generating leads and successfully converting them into loan/mortgage applications.

3. customer relationship management:

o ensure that all clients are provided with accurate, up-to-date information regarding loan products and services.

o maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. reporting & data analysis:

o prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outbound calls, sales performance, and team metrics.

o report progress and results to senior management regularly.

5. team motivation & development:

o foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.

o organize regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and feedback.

6. process improvement:

o propose new strategies for optimizing lead generation process.

key requirements:

1. experience:

o minimum of 3-4 years of total experience in the loan, mortgage, or financial services industry, preferably with outbound calling experience.

o at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role within the mortgage or loan industry.

2. skills & knowledge:

o strong understanding of loan products, mortgage processes, and financial regulations.

o excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

o ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve individual and team goals.

3. education:

o a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
