Job Description

The Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and assisting with project management and administrative tasks. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Coordinate and support business operations and administrative functions.

€¢ Assist in the planning and execution of projects, meetings, and events.

€¢ Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and ensure project deadlines are met.

€¢ Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

€¢ Liaise between departments to streamline communication and workflow.

€¢ Maintain internal systems, databases, and filing processes.

€¢ Support the finance team with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

€¢ Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

€¢ 1€“3 years of experience in a business or administrative support role.

€¢ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication.

€¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

€¢ Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (., Asana, Trello, Slack) is a plus.
