The Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and assisting with project management and administrative tasks. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support business operations and administrative functions.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, meetings, and events.
Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Liaise between departments to streamline communication and workflow.
Maintain internal systems, databases, and filing processes.
Support the finance team with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
13 years of experience in a business or administrative support role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (., Asana, Trello, Slack) is a plus.
