About the Role:

We are looking for smart, polite, and solution-focused Customer Support Executives who can handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email

Providing accurate information about products/services

Resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner

Maintaining records of customer interactions

Following up with customers when necessary

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Polite, patient, and problem-solving attitude

Basic knowledge of using smartphones or computers

Ability to work independently and in a team

Prior experience in customer service is a plus
