Job Description

key responsibilities:

1. branch accounting: responsible for maintaining and managing financial records and transactions within the branch.

2. branch supervision: oversee daily operations in the branch ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

3. branch sales: promote banking products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and goals.

4. branch administration: handle administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, filing, and documentation within the branch.

5. branch banking: assist customers with various banking transactions and services, providing excellent customer service.

6. branch development: identify areas for improvement within the branch and implement strategies for growth.

7. customer relationship: build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs and concerns.

8. customer acquisition: attract new customers to the branch through marketing initiatives and networking.

9. customer facilitator: guide customers through banking processes and services, ensuring a smooth experience.

10. data entry: input and manage data accurately and efficiently using basic computer skills.

required skills and expectations:

- minimum education of 12th pass, with a background in banking, finance, or related field preferred.

- strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

- basic computer skills for data entry and branch operations.

- ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

- attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and data.

- willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and banking processes.

- prior experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
