Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in IT sales, including domestic and international sales, with a focus on website development, digital marketing, and PR branding services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through domestic and international channels

Pitch and promote services such as website development, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and online branding

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals

Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close deals

Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in IT sales / web sales / international and domestic sales process

Languages: English is compulsory

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good understanding of IT services and digital marketing landscape

Strong interpersonal and PR skills to handle clients effectively

Preferred Traits:

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or email marketing is a plus
