Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's luxury positioning to attract high-spending clientele.
Proactively identify and address client needs, providing customized solutions and exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct site inspections, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business while maintaining the brand's luxury image.
Manage the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's luxury image at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Ensure all sales communications and interactions reflect the brand's high standards of quality and service.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts & ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities & market conditions.
Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and sales forecasts.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows & conferences.
