Key Responsibilities

€¢ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's luxury positioning to attract high-spending clientele.

€¢ Proactively identify and address client needs, providing customized solutions and exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

€¢ Conduct site inspections, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business while maintaining the brand's luxury image.

€¢ Manage the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring timely follow-up.

€¢ Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's luxury image at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

€¢ Ensure all sales communications and interactions reflect the brand's high standards of quality and service.

€¢ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

€¢ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

€¢ Manage and grow relationships with key accounts & ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

€¢ Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

€¢ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

€¢ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities & market conditions.

€¢ Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and sales forecasts.

€¢ Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities.

€¢ Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

€¢ Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.

€¢ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows & conferences.
