Location: Trivandrum (Local candidates only)

Training: Virtual training for 510 working days then Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds

Job Summary:

The Level 1 Hardware Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets. This includes procurement tracking, inventory management, asset deployment, and compliance reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain accurate records in the hardware asset management system.

Assist in assigning and deploying hardware to end-users in coordination with IT support teams.

Coordinate hardware returns, reassignments, and secure disposals, including data sanitization.

Participate in physical inventory audits and reconciliation activities.

Track and manage hardware movements, assignments, and returns.

Support the hardware disposal process in compliance with data destruction and recycling protocols.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures for asset handling.

Collaborate with stakeholders and IT operations teams as required.

Generate basic reports on asset status, inventory levels, and audit findings.

Execute asset management procedures to track assets throughout their lifecycle.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records.

Escalate discrepancies or issues to Level 2 support or the Asset Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of IT hardware and asset lifecycle.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to learn and adapt to virtual training and remote coordination.
