key responsibilities:

1. handling air export shipments: as an air export executive, you will be responsible for managing the process of transporting goods via air cargo, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.

2. coordinating with airlines and freight forwarders: you will be required to liaise with airlines and freight forwarders to book cargo space, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth transportation of goods.

3. document preparation: you will be in charge of preparing all necessary export documentation, such as airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, in compliance with regulations.

4. tracking shipments: monitoring the movement of air export shipments, updating customers on the status of their cargo, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit.

5. customs clearance: ensuring that all shipments clear customs smoothly by providing accurate and complete documentation, and resolving any customs-related issues promptly.
