Job Description

4. Event Management: Plan and execute open houses, school tours, and promotional events to attract potential parents.

5. Local Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local communities, societies, and organizations to enhance school visibility.

6. Database Management: Maintain and update leads in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and communication.

7. Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns to drive enrollments.

8. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and assess market trends to optimize admissions strategies.

9. Customer Service: Address queries, concerns, and complaints from parents to ensure satisfaction.

10. School Branding: Represent the preschool professionally in local events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.

11. Goal Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective planning and execution.

12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admission process.

13. Communication Skills: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to parents about the school’s offerings.

14. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents for continual improvement in services and offerings.
