Responsibilities:

Managing Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain accurate accounts payable records.

Managing Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.

General Ledger Accounting: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

Preparing Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns (., GST, TDS) in compliance with local regulations.

Fixed Assets Management: Maintain records of fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and ensure proper accounting for asset acquisitions and disposals.

Inventory Accounting: Assist with inventory valuation and reconciliation.
