Responsibilities

As an Accounts Intern at PENNEP, you will:

Record financial transactions and maintain organized records with accuracy.

Assist in invoice processing, data verification, and resolving discrepancies.

Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Contribute to the preparation of essential financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.

Support internal and external audits by preparing and submitting required documents.

Requirements

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor��s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
