- prepare accurate, timely financial statements (balance sheet, p&l, cash flow) for corporate and export operations

- coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, recording journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

- track and reconcile inventory of raw materials and finished chemical products (., lactates, chromic, propionates), ensuring accurate valuation and stock levels.

- conduct cost accounting and variance analysis across material, labour, and overheads to support pricing and export profitability.

- assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts; analyze variances and provide actionable insights to optimize export margins and capex in manufacturing.

- manage accounts payable (supplier invoices, duty/tax filings) and accounts receivable (customer export receipts, foreign remittance), ensuring timely flows.

- maintain and reconcile the general ledger, track intercompany entries, and sustain robust internal control systems to protect assets.

- ensure compliance with domestic and international tax regulations, including gst, tds, transfer pricing for exports, and filing of statutory returns.

- support internal and external audits with reconciliations, tax schedules, and documentation

- prepare monthly and adhoc financial analysis, margin reports, cost trends, and productwise profitability (. sorbate, carbonate etc.) to support management decisionmaking.

- administer and leverage erp/accounting systems (tally, sap, etc.) to automate processes, generate reports, and ensure data integrity in line with export operations

- maintain proper documentationsupplier contracts, invoices, packing lists, export declarationsfor statutory compliance and internal governance.

- support preparatory work for audits: create audit schedules, reconcile accounts, furnish justification for variances.
