as a tide account opening executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in opening current accounts for their businesses through the tide platform. your primary role includes customer onboarding, documentation support, and ensuring a smooth and compliant account opening process.

key responsibilities:

promote tide’s business banking services to potential customers (mainly small businesses, freelancers, or entrepreneurs).

assist customers in completing the online account opening process.

verify kyc documents and guide customers on document requirements.

ensure accurate data entry and compliance with rbi and tide’s internal policies.

follow up with leads via phone calls, whatsapp, or in person (as applicable).

educate customers on tide’s benefits and how to use the app.

submit daily reports to team leads or managers.

eligibility criteria:

minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).

good communication skills in english or local language.

basic knowledge of digital apps and online forms.

prior experience in banking or fintech sales is a plus.
