we are seeking an experienced and skilled accounts manager to join our finance team. the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

key responsibilities

1. *financial reporting*: prepare and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. *accounts management*: manage the company's financial accounts.

3. *financial analysis*: analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions, including budgeting and forecasting.

4. *budgeting and forecasting*: prepare and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and projections.

5. *financial compliance*: ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.

6. *team management*: lead and manage a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

requirements

1. *qualifications*: //ca/cma qualification.

2. *experience*: minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a managerial role.
