looking for an experienced zoho implementation & customization consultant who has demonstrated both technical skills relating to the tasks mentioned below.

• provide the technical implementation skills necessary to successfully deliver a customized solution.

• understand the business processes, requirements.

• develop custom zoho workflows, custom functions (deluge) & api development (zapier & zoho flow)

• create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes in zoho

• effectively utilize zoho modules features to automate various business processes

• set up access and control of users.

• assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns through support tools.

• work with zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. track issues and provide periodic updates

requirements

• minimum required experience 3-6 yrs

• experience (must have) in the customization of zoho modules including crm plus, projects, campaigns desk, salesiq, analytics, social, forms.

• experience in software development using zoho creator (deluge)

• experience with zoho flow (api tool)
