Responsibilities-
1-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3-Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
4-Business meetings with prospective clients
5-Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
6-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
7-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8-Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements-
1-Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role in a company manufacturing / supplying ground solution products to tunnelling, mining and
civil infrastructure companies and govt. agencies.
2-Must have good contacts and inroads into the procurement departments of Railways, Metro Railways, Mining companies and major civil infrastructure companies.
3-Proven sales track record in infrastructure industry.
4-Experience in customer support
5-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
6-Proficiency in English
7-Good market knowledge
8-Communication and negotiation skills
9-Should be comfortable for extensive traveling and at any location
