key responsibilities:
- conduct outbound calls to corporate clients for lead generation and sales conversion.
- identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
- schedule appointments and service for field sales or senior executives.
- maintain and regularly update the crm or client database with accurate information.
- follow up on existing leads to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales funnel.
- collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- provide timely feedback and insights from client conversations to improve offerings and messaging.
requirements:
- bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in b2b telesales.
- proven ability to generate quality leads and meet or exceed targets.
- strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- comfortable speaking with professionals at various levels, including decision-makers.
