Job description
Making Outbound Calls: Tele-callers are responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to the company's properties and to set up appointments for property viewings.
Qualifying Leads: Tele-callers should be able to determine the level of interest of the potential client and whether they are a qualified lead.
Maintaining Customer Database: Tele-callers should be able to maintain an accurate database of customer information.
Reporting and Analytics: Tele-callers should be able to provide regular reports on their calls, appointments, and sales.
