Looking for a Telecaller/ Presales executive from Real Estate Background

Job description:

* Attending Inbound& marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities.

* Providing necessary project details over call, email. Doing regular followup and ensuring customer site visit.

* Responsible for entire presales function, from leads handling to the customer site visit.

* Coordinating with sales team after site visits, updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.

* Follow up with customers & managing database of leads allocation

* Regular followup and achieving high sales conversions.

candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Candidates preferred from Jakkur, Yelahanka , Hebbal, Thanisandra location.

Fixed salary plus Incentives on each sale.
