Responsibilities:

Provide academic counseling to students, assisting them in setting academic goals and developing study plans.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic needs and challenges.

Offer guidance on course selection, academic programs, and career pathways based on students' interests and aptitudes.

Monitor students' academic progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop intervention plans for students facing academic difficulties.

Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other academic topics to support student success.

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Stay updated on educational trends, resources, and best practices in academic counseling.

Provide assistance with college admissions, including application review, essay editing, and interview preparation.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to reach their academic goals.
