Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from the provided leads database.
Explain real estate services and property options clearly and confidently.
Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant property information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Local Language].
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a plus.
Basic knowledge of real estate and property types.
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
