Job Description

We ‘re looking for --- Live wire tele sales specialist, with the will and skill to win the game.

The core essence of the job will be end to end client management on calls and creating a lingering customer experience.

Job specification:

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

Gathering and documenting customer information, payment

methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

Answering customers' questions on the products.

Meeting sales quotas.

Desired Profile

Minimum 6 months 2 years’ experience in tele marketing / tele sales of similar products.

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English Speaking compulsory.

Any undergraduate with expert convincing skills.

Result oriented and good in customer relationship.
