1. Connect with potential customers and determine their needs and convert in sales
2. Knowing the products inside out to upsell and cross sell products by creating need.
3. Connecting with soft leads from any channel and convert it in sales and achieve assigned targets
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
6. Ensure end to end smooth processing of orders.
7. Responding promptly to customer’s sales inquiries.
8. Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
9. Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.
Qualifications for Sales Executive
1. Any UG/Graduate
2. Experience in Sales
3. Competency in English
4. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
5. Ability to negotiate and understanding of customer’s need
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
