about the role

we are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to lead system assessments, gap analysis, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement in the education and it consulting domain. the role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with exposure to education technology being a plus.

key responsibilities

conduct as-is/to-be studies, gap analysis, and prepare detailed project reports (dprs).

develop project proposals, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

engage with clients to validate findings and incorporate feedback.

lead workshops, seminars, and client discussions to align with project goals.

provide guidance and review work outputs of junior team members.

support the conceptualization and deployment of education technology solutions (smart classrooms, edtech analytics, digital surveys, sops).

stay updated on nep 2020, ndear, udise, and other national education frameworks.

coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

qualifications & skills

bachelor’s/master’s in education, it, business administration, or related field.

6–10 years’ experience in it/consulting with exposure to proposal writing and strategic reporting.

strong experience in system assessment, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

knowledge of indian education frameworks (nep 2020, ndear, udise) preferred.

proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).

excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

experience in edtech projects, smart classroom solutions, or digital education analysis is an advantage.
