12. Manage all paperwork (PI etc.), filling and contracts in a well-defined structured way.
13. Follow up for payments with clients in proper manner.
14. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
15. Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.
16. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
