we are looking for technical team managers for various departments who can manage and follow the teamwork and need to train the team members for better productivity. he/she should possess 4+ years of experience as a technical assistant/research analyst/project team/ team lead in a core research field/research team in a reputed firm. eligible candidates with an earlier background check and strict filters only will be called for recruitment. we consider a candidate with the following minimum requirements:

• should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as team lead for handling team members and projects.

• maximum limit of the age group for job positions between 22 to 27 years for both genders.

• good technical knowledge in all engineering streams.

• proficient in good english (writing and speaking)

• should know ms word, excel spreadsheets, and other article-writing software.

• responsibility for undergoing projects in the team.

• train team people for better productivity.

• schedule projects for the team and maintain timely delivery.

• adapt to a team and co-operation with team members.

• maintain company code of conduct.

education background: / (mech, cse, ece, eee & it), ba/ma (english), mba, bsc/msc (computer science & it), bca/mca.
