Job Description

- Enter day-to-day accounting transactions into Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries).

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger accounts for clients, vendors, and the firm

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between bank statements and books of accounts.

- Generate professional fee invoices and maintain billing records for clients in accordance with firm policies.

- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding dues when necessary.

- Maintain digital and physical records of all financial documents.

- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by the firms partners or auditors.

- Ensure that Tally software is up to date and coordinate with IT support for any troubleshooting or backup requirements.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity, especially when handling sensitive financial information related to clients and firm operations.
