about the role

we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented talent acquisition executive to join our hr team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring, and identifying the best talent aligned with our organizational goals.

key responsibilities

manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

identify hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions in coordination with department heads.

source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist potential candidates.

schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers (mis).

manage offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.

ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports for management review.
