- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Drive sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

- Handle high-value clients with discretion and professionalism.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and support team to ensure excellent performance.

- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, grooming, and customer service.

- Supervise daily stock management, including gold, diamonds, precious stones, and other luxury items.

- Ensure accurate tagging, pricing, and display of jewelry items.

- Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols for handling and displaying valuable items.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations regarding hallmarking, billing, and taxation.

- Maintain a luxurious and welcoming store environment through attractive displays and cleanliness.

- Coordinate periodic layout changes and festive displays in line with brand aesthetics.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

- Liaise with external vendors, karigars (craftsmen), and designers for timely order fulfillment and customization.

- Ensure quality control for all incoming and outgoing jewelry items.

- Maintain and grow a database of loyal and high-value customers.

- Oversee the operation of POS systems, billing software, and inventory tracking tools.

- Provide inputs for local marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs.
