Hiring Freshers || Soft Skills Trainer

- Conduct interactive sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.

- Develop and update soft skills training modules in line with current industry needs and job roles.

- Assess trainees' baseline skills through pre-training assessments and track progress through post-training evaluations.

- Provide individual feedback to participants for improvement.

- Deliver training in both physical and virtual environments using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms.

- Ensure active participation and engagement of learners throughout the training sessions.

- Train learners on job readiness, personal grooming, professional communication, interview skills, and resume writing.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment scores, and feedback.

- Act as a mentor and motivator to trainees, especially in skill development and placement-linked programs.

- Collaborate with other trainers, placement officers, and project teams to ensure alignment in training objectives.

- Gather feedback from learners and update training content accordingly.
