shree varu home is urgently hiring an experienced site supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. the ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with staff and labour, ensuring safety compliance, and managing materials to ensure timely project completion.

key responsibilities:

supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure quality and timely execution of work.

manage site staff, labour teams, and subcontractors effectively.

handle labour relations and resolve on-site issues promptly.

ensure material availability, stock management, and proper utilization at the site.

coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

maintain site safety standards and compliance with regulations.

prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.

monitor costs and minimize wastage of resources.

ensure project deadlines are met as per schedule.
