Job Description

- Oversee all aspects of site operations: daily inspections, work scheduling, resource allocation for civil works like pipelines, reservoirs, pump stations

- Ensure all tasks proceed on schedule, meeting quality standards and design specifications

- Monitor material usage, inspect tests (., concrete, pressure tests on pipes, boreholes), and verify quality conformance .

- Review and interpret technical drawings, method statements, and bill of quantities to confirm accuracy on-site

- Supervise and instruct construction workers and subcontractors; handle daily labor allocation and productivity

- Provide on-site training in installation procedures, safety guidelines, and correct work techniques

- Maintain daily logs, site reports, attendance records, materials issued, and work progress data .

- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports; assist with payment certificate preparation and coordinate invoices
