Installation & Commissioning:
Install, set up, and commission new equipment, machinery, or systems at customer sites according to specifications and technical guidelines.
Conduct initial tests and calibrations to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Preventive Maintenance & Inspections:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance checks on installed equipment to identify potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation and extend equipment lifespan.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose technical issues reported by customers through various channels (phone, email, on-site visits).
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, or software-related problems efficiently.
Execute on-site repairs, replace faulty components, and restore equipment to full operational status.
Provide remote technical support and guidance when on-site presence is not immediately required.
Customer Support & Training:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely and effective solutions.
Provide training and technical assistance to customers and end-users on equipment operation, basic maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately document all service activities, including detailed service reports, repair logs, inventory usage, and customer communication.
Maintain accurate records of equipment history, configurations, and service performed.
Provide feedback to internal teams (., engineering, product development, sales) on recurring issues, product performance, and customer needs to support continuous improvement.
Resource Management:
Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and diagnostic equipment in good working condition.
Plan and coordinate service visits and appointments effectively to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Safety & Compliance:
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all service operations.
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
