key responsibilities
● sales & business development
○ identify, pursue, and convert leads into long-term customers across construction, mining, port, and infrastructure segments.
○ meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and used construction equipment.
○ develop territory-specific strategies to enhance market share.
● account management
○ manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
○ prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
