Job Description

K9HR SOLUTIONS Is Looking For Sr. Accountant Executive As Follows:

Senior Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliance, and audit support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software, and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations and data entry using Miracle software

Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements

Manage GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely payments

Calculate and deduct TDS, prepare TDS returns, and ensure timely filing (Form 26Q, 24Q)

Coordinate and assist in internal and statutory audits

Bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations

Maintain proper documentation for all financial records and tax filings

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting

Proficiency in Miracle software is mandatory

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
