Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Audit:
Conduct thorough and accurate statutory audits of corporate clients in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure adherence to auditing procedures, accounting principles, and relevant legal requirements.
Analyze financial statements and provide valuable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
Preparation of Group Financials:
Prepare consolidated financial statements for group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information for consolidation purposes.
GST and Compliance:
Conduct GST audits to verify compliance with GST regulations and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations, and ensure timely compliance for clients.
Provide expert advice on GST-related matters to clients and internal teams.
IT Audit - Form 3CB/CD:
Perform IT audits in accordance with Form 3CB/CD requirements, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
Evaluate IT systems and controls, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
Stay abreast of technological advancements and their impact on audit processes.
