Job roles and responsibilities

1. Identify and build contacts with potential clients to create business opportunities in Domestic and international Market.

2. Business development by self-Generation and management assigned lead.

3. Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.

4. Write bids, proposals, brochures and various other business informational letters.

5. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

6. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing and new clients.

7. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

8. Update and maintain customer information database and daily business activity on regular basis.

Competencies and Skills Required

1. Must possess strong customer service skills

2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English

3. Must have good negotiation skills

4. Must be able to create good presentations

5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener

7. Experienced into export business will be preferable.
