Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, setting ambitious sales targets, and ensuring their achievement. This role requires exceptional leadership, coaching abilities, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and market share within a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets in the Nashik region.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess competitor activities, and understand customer needs and market trends.
Set individual and team sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics, and monitor progress regularly.
Allocate sales territories and resources efficiently to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives/Officers/Engineers.
Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and achieve targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions to foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
Address performance issues, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth:
Drive aggressive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales quotas.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and lead generation activities to ensure a healthy sales funnel.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Implement effective incentive programs to reward high performance and motivate the sales team.
Client Relationship & Key Account Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and large accounts within the region.
Participate in high-value sales negotiations and strategic client presentations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
Reporting & Analytics:
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software extensively for sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, market insights, and performance analyses to senior management on a regular basis.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies.
Budget Management:
Manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
Approve sales expenses and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
